  Such an amazing experience. Thanks to all the staff for helping keep the helicopter a surprise for my friend up until the helicopter landed! Thanks for such a great day

  Unfortunately, I am unable to give feedback on this tour as we didn’t get to experience it. A massive day of disappointment. I received a text message the day prior with the tickets and information about which desk to check-in at and the time. We arrived at the terminal with plenty of time, I found the desk and stood there, however there was no one serving, so I assumed I was early and went back to wait with my group. I then received a call from a lady from another tour company asking if I was booked on a green island tour today, I replied with “we are booked in to a reef tour, I don’t know about green island”, she was quiet confused so I went in to the desk and showed her the information I had. She said that she had us booked onto their tour. She made some calls and said that we were meant to be on this tour. I tried to confirm what the tour was doing, and explained what we had booked for and she just replied with “I don’t know about that, that’s through a different company”. There was no time to clarify as we were now running very late and had to run to the boat. Once onboard, we realised that this tour was nothing like what we had booked. Once we arrived to green island, the weather conditions were horrendous (which I know they can’t help) and our helicopter flight was cancelled. We were then left on an island they we didn’t want to go to for 5hrs with nothing to do and no communication. The only things we could do we of course had to pay additional money for... on top of the $1500 we had already paid. The trip we had booked into took us on a luxury boat to 2 different reef locations for snorkelling and other activities. We were meant to have a bbq lunch included and live entertainment onboard with wine and cheese for the journey back to Cairns. So we paid $1500 for a ferry ride to an island we weren’t interested in, told any activities we wanted to partake in were at our own cost and left there with no communication. Polar opposite of what we had actually signed up for and purchased. I’m sure you can understand our disappointment...

  What an amazing experience myself and my family had. Seeing the reef by sea helicopter is sescond to none and is an absolute must. The staff were amazing with our older members and made sure everyone was well look after. We would highly recommend this experience to anyone wanting value for money and exceptional service.

  We booked the full day cruise including a dive. Also included was a 10 minute Helicopter flight over the reef. Unfortunately it was blowing a strong S/E and the flight was cancelled. We chose to upgrade to a 30 minute flight from Port Douglas a few days later. Again, due to bad weather the flight was cancelled. The reason for this review is to say thank you to Belinda Angel-Loi, the operations manager. Belinda was extremely efficient and helpful in helping getting our refund sorted out. I will certainly be flying with Nautilus next time.

  Awesome time. PROS: the boat was very large so it provided smooth transportation. There were plenty of clean bathrooms. Went to 2 different snorkeling locations. Helicopter ride was a quick 10 minutes that was awesome. Lunch was provided and there was plenty of food with a wide variety. All the necessary equipment was provided including sun screen. The people running it were very friendly and helpful CONS: there were over 100 people snorkeling in each area. A little too crowded whilst snorkeling ***TIP bring your own towel. None were provided
